Thank you for shopping with Vintage Style!
Payment
You may pay for your goods via Paypal for secure online payments.
If you do not which to pay online UK customers may pay via personal cheque, your items will be sent once the cheque has cleared so please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. I will hold the goods you have ordered for up to one week to allow you time to post your cheque to me.

Orders, Postage and Delivery

Postage costs may vary between items the standard postage and packaging charge is £2.95 however larger/ heavier orders may incur additional charges. You will be informed of postage costs before you are asked to make payment. We aim to price our postage fairly. We aim to post all orders within 7 days via first class mail, you will recieve email confirmation of your order.
International

All customers should allow additional delivery times in the run up to Christmas, Vintage Style will keep in touch with you via email if there will be any further delays.
Descriptions
Every effort is made to ensure an accurate photograph and description of all the goods on this site, however many of the items that you will find here are hand made, one off pieces so there may be slight variations.
Care Instructions
The handmade quality of many of the goods means that they should be treated with loving care, you will recieve care instructions with most of your purchases, follow these and your item will provide you with years of fun!
Returns and Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you recieve a damaged item or the wrong goods arrive with you please contact us straight away so you can be issued with a returns code.
The cost of postage for returning an item is the responsibilty of the customer, and goods must be returned on the same condition as they were recieved.
We will always try and arrange for items to be repaired or exchanged, however in the event that this is not possible I will arrange for a refund to the same account and in the same manner as the purchase was made.
As with all online orders you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of recieving it. If you wish to do so please contact me in writing and organise for your items to be returned to Vintage Style in the same condition as when they arrived.

Our computers are not manned on a Sunday or Monday so please expect some delays on orders placed at after 5.00pm on Saturdays.
